Where does TRAKTR ship?

The launch storefront is configured for domestic U.S. shipping. International shipping can be enabled after rates and duties are finalized.

When will my order ship?

In-stock orders typically leave the studio within 3–5 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as a label is created.

Can I exchange a size?

Yes, for unworn items returned in original condition within 30 days. Availability is not guaranteed; contact order support before sending anything back.

How do I send a demo?

Use the official Trackstack portal. Private streaming links, complete metadata, and a short artist note are preferred. Do not email attachments.
