Refund policy

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of scent, and returned with original packaging and tags. Final-sale items, digital products, gift cards, and worn or damaged goods are not eligible.

Contact order support before mailing anything back. Include the order number, item, and reason for return. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.

Size exchanges depend on available stock. The fastest option may be to return the original item and place a new order. Inventory cannot be reserved while a return is in transit.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the wrong or defective item was sent. Banks may take additional time to post the refund.

Report defects or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. After review, TRAKTR will arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
